CT Fit Studio - 1308 Purcell Ln
Come join us for a "self-care" workshop beginning with Postural Breath & Alignment with CT Fit, followed by a fall floral workshop with M Creations. This restorative class blends gentle movement with Postural Restoration Insititute (PRI) principles to help you realign your body and regulate your nervous system. Through guided breathwork and mindful positioning, you'll learn how to balance your posture, release tension, and create a sense of grounded calm. Ideal for anyone looking to reset, improve body awareness and leave feeling centered in both body and mind. The floral workshop will follow. You will be provided with everything needed to create a beautiful arrangement.

Come Join us for one of our festive holiday wreath workshops. An annual tradition that is so much fun. We have designed our classes to be fun and easy, even people who say they aren't creative end up taking beautiful wreaths home. Each ticket includes everything you need to make your own beautiful evergreen wreath with embellishments included.
​If you can't make one of our public classes, we offer private parties as well. Contact us and we will find a date that works for you and your friends. (minimum of 6 people)
